Patch 5.7 Can't finish past 32%

I apologize if I have posted in the wrong place, or the wrong way, but I have never posted before now. Every time I open league after patch 5.7, the download goes up to 32% and then stops. I get something along the lines of "unspecified error occurred" etc. I figured I would look online, and through the forums for an answer, however none of the postings seemed to have something that worked. I am unable to run the program as an admin, I've restarted the computer and the router multiple times, and I've tried repairing it. ( the question mark at the top right of the client) I then attempted deleting files and the like, or copying files, however none of these solutions worked either. If anyone has time to dedicate to helping me figure this out, I would really appreciate it. I just want to play a game I've invested some money in. Thank you in advance for any advice, regardless of whether it helps or not.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Yeah. This is starting to get to me after two days of trying to figure out what's wrong.
