smurfs ruining ranked games integrity

Here is what I have to say about smurfing in low elo. Not only do you ruin games for others but you're not learning anything by playing against lower elo players. If you are a higher elo then you're normal draft mode games are sufficient for learning a champ because you already have played at a higher level than most. Thus you've not only ruined it for others but you've already ruined the learning curve for yourself. So just stop this practice already. Are you not smart enough to figure this out on your own?
