Riot, several changes I believe would drastically help both the game and the company.

So the first part is a not so fun for you to have to work through, but there needs to be something done. . As I know you know guys know, there is a major problem with trolls, people who rage on and on, and people who just quit halfway through the game for whatever reason. I have read several posts on your past stance on the tribunal and the way it works, but I believe that league has grown to a size that the tribunal can not properly handle anymore. I do believe though that a short period of really enforcing the rules and punishing those that make the community a worse place would do a lot of good for the community. Of course this would probably take a little more than simply relying on those that volunteer for the job of monitoring the community. To fix this, I would propose that the number of reports before action is taken be lowered, (yes i know this would increase work on the tribunal) To give several public announcements about the crackdown on behavior, and to incentivize participating in the tribunal, offering one or two riot points for each time you go through and evaluate a case and your answer matches the majority of the other tribunal participants. You could also to give an incentive good votes bump it up to say 2 riot points when more than 10 answers are correct in a row. Alternatively you could hire several employees, but I'm sure you don't want to do that over all the regions.

Now the second thing that would be both beneficial to the company and the community as a whole, would be to start offering a service that would record the matches so that players could review their match, and especially if you had an api built in from Google and twitch so that they could automatically upload them if they wanted. I feel there would be quite a few players that would enjoy that service and would be more than willing to pay $5 a month for the service. Now I also know that right now, you are having some trouble with the internet and of course the constant server trouble, but additional revenue is something that always helps, and would give you the money to get more reliable and more powerful servers (including making things redundant by using more off location servers that would also help with the internet issues.

The final thing that is not as big as the other two, would be to implement an option to report players in the pregame lobby. Since you removed the elo penalty for dodging (as it used to sit, now it is the LP and time penalties) there is still the problem riot has admitting to having of trolls getting too much control over the pregame lobby and not promoting team work before the game as well as during. Of course this would be contingent upon getting more people into the tribunal as well. Thanks for reading!

The second thing has been done in PBE currently you can look through the matches in your match history and watch them and if you do they will go to the lolreplay tool which has taekn the place of the lore thing that is represented by a quill. (I have a PBE account) The 1st thing i don't think really helps espically crackdowns Lol is fine the way it is and besides there is a higher chance to get a troll on the other team than on your team. Though I like the RP bonus and it would encourage me to do tribunal more. But I wish Lol could make an app so you could do tribunal from you phone and look at the forums and stuff. (Riot Plz.)

glad to hear this is something that is now in the PBE, I had heard a few rumors of that but unfortunately, I don't have a PBE account so I can't check that out. Of course I do think it should be something that riot should try to monetize, as a premium feature simply to get more revenue to upgrade their lately way overloaded servers and internet connection. I suppose what I overly tried to explain in my first change is that riot should more aggressively go after toxic players to encourage them to either change their ways or have their account banned. That being said the problem may be that the slap on the wrist that riot gives for such behavior is not felt. I may be totally off on this, but I think many of the time bans that are put in place are done so from the date the tribunal decision is made and if I am right about that would mean that by the time the problem player next logs in their punishment is over, now for the third and final long stretch of an if-athon, is that if the other two are correct then it may be better to start punishment from next attempted login. Like I said, lot of ifs though and I may be totally off on that.
