of all the Charters in league he is disabled. his R Destiny is just a free
that's it. And his W is Pick A Card which 90% of the time is the Golden card which stuns. Now hes E Stacked Deck not really a Spell but a Passive that gives him bonus damage, and Attack Speed.
What did he do this time to be disabled again?

DrCyanide1 votesQuite the opposite really. His Pick A Card was disappearing mid-air. Throw a Red Card at a minion wave and it never hits them.
