Using league to get into better shape, or something...
Basically do exercises after each match based off of how you did and how long the game was.
Example: What I'm doing is 1 push up per death, 1 air squat per kill, sit ups for kills plus deaths, and dividing game time by 10 to get how long of a plank to do.
so if my KDA is 10/13/20 and the game went for 34 minutes I'd be doing 13 push ups, 10 squats, 30 sit ups and a 3 minute plank. Obviously not great numbers for a full work out, but if you're playing ARAM you can get through games fairly quickly and still have fairly decent numbers to work with. You could also do different exercises and mess with the numbers in different ways depending on what you want to do.
Anybody got an awesome exercise routine with a similar scheme?
