Team builder, Really annoying bug

Basically i cue up in team builder, get a team then some little red ! mark shows up by the blue one that says gangplank's been disabled and i'm apparently kicked from the team but still able to chat with them most of the time. half the time i have to ask them if i disappeared or not. I've tried closing and reopening the client, if it keeps up i'm going to try resetting my router.

I think the red ! says something about pvp.net but it disappears insanely fast and hasn't ever stay up long enough for me to catch more than that.
