Elo Hell

So i am currently silver 5 i had been demoted from silver 4 to 5. And i don't see why i lose so much because i most of the time have a decent KDA. And do gank pretty often. As a rammus main jungler i do not know why i lose everytime i'm not gonna blame my team for this because if i lose every match i know it is not because of my teammates. So i ask if there is someone that can coach my game and tell me how to improve or what i am doing wrong that makes me lose everytime i did won alot in silver 4 to 60 LP but then i lost 3 matches in a row and finnally got demoted again. Because when i was in my provisionals i got silver 2
