So yesterday i was pretty doing well with getting LP i tought i would get in my promo's the next day after because i was on 60 LP silver 4 the last ranked match i won that day i felt like i learned how the game worked and what to do to win. But the next day (this day) i lost 3 ranked match in a row brining me to 0 LP why is this?, and why did my personality ingame chat change significant. I never come out of silver i might even go to bronze if i dont get better what can i do?

Winning games makes your MMR higher, which means you're in harder games with more skilled people. If you win games without improving, your odds of losing go up and up. You are bound to rubberband back to the MMR you belong in.
You did improve, you deserved to rise up toward the top of Silver IV, and then had 3 bad unlucky games. Fuck it. It's 3 games. You'll do better in your next games, especially now that your MMR is a little lower and the games will be easier to win.
I should note that it is very very easy to fall into the trap of thinking you're great when you and your team have a great game. When your team is doing well, it's very easy to have a spectacular KDA. I just watched someone on stream last night go like 24/5 as mid Darius in Bronze III. He felt like the king of the world. I had to take him down a peg by pointing out that everyone on his team won their lane, the enemy supp had no Sightstone, and the enemy jungler was 0/14 and chose not to upgrade his basic machete. He did great, but it doesn't mean he's ready for Diamond. He did great mostly because his team did great and the other team did terrible. The same might have happened to you; you might have felt like "I'm much better now, I'm done with Silver, I'm going to have nothing but wins from now on" just because you had some games where your whole team happened to do really well.

Ok thanks for the tip it really helped me out.. But i still got a question how could i improve. Because i downloaded a program that automatically records matches evertime i turn it on. Its great but i don't know how to look what i did wrong and how to improve from by looking why we lost. Also i have no clue why we lost.

If you use reddit, there's also a great resource for getting advice here. I even used to give advice on replays/spectates on stream, back when I streamed. If you want to provide some replays, I'll gladly take a look at them and give you some feedback.
When watching your own replays to improve, you want to at least look at every time that you died and every time that you flashed. When you died, what could you have done differently to avoid dying? When you flashed offensively, was it worth it? Did you get a kill and not die, and did you get anything off of that kill? When you flashed defensively, did you get away or did you still die? Could you have escaped without wasting your flash? What could you have done differently so that you wouldn't have to flash to safely? Answering all of these questions is a fine start.
