Of course. Annie is pretty overpowered in solo queue in general, especially lower elo. Literally press R to win every teamfight.

If you can play Annie remotely well, you'll get out of bronze in under 100 games.

Yes. League is primarily about both mechanics and positioning. To be effective, you have to master both for any given champion. Some champs have higher mechanical skill ceilings than others, and Annie is near the bottom - such that it would be very difficult to distinguish, mechanically speaking, the difference between someone who's played 50 games with Annie and someone who's played 200.

All you have to really worry about on Annie, as with all champions in LoL, is correct itemization and positioning.

Why play Annie when you can play Ezreal?

I've never been in bronze myself, but I imagine all you have to do to get ahead of your lane opponent is to CS decently. CSing with Annie is ridiculously easy, so I imagine she works amazingly well in bronze.

Take flash and teleport (not ignite) and just farm with your Q and keep farming. Don't fight or harass, just focus on farming. Only fight if you have a good CS lead.

Rely on your lead, not your ability to outplay your opponent.
