To be real, out of skins you can actually obtain, I would say Panda or Heartseeker. I use Panda because I'm a massive fucking weaboo.

Skins have 0 impact on gameplay unless you count mind games (nunubot). So it's all up to personal preference? I'm gonna assume you actually like Annie (unless you got all of her skins through mystery gift/crafting), so I suggest rotating through them each game.
