hack materials

It is a sad time when I go online and I am able to find software that allows players to hack or cheat into the map and are able to get spectator live time view on the map. Does riot have a team that serch the internet for these hacks test them then try come up with ways to close them down? Or can you write up a discussion that allows people to list or post links to hack materials for riot admins to monitor?
