This option is good in ranked, but sometimes there are noobs that don't know what a meta is and you cannot blame them for not caring enough to learn.
Also being able to report enemies for being unskilled is stupid.
What's keeping me from reporting every enemy for being unskilled, because obviously they were not skilled enough to win.
The unskilled report doesn't actually do anything to an individual player. They are, however, used to help collect data to tweak and tune to matchmaking systems.
being reported for not playing a meta friendly champion is the dumbest shit sense Obama being elected, the second time. they knew what hes shit was about xD, but they let it happen again lol.
They say what it is supposed to do, but I honestly think it is just a heatsink for all the ragers. Only assholes ever use it, and it keeps them from abusing the report system (and wasting Riot's time) with bullshit reports. I am convinced it is just LOL's equiv of /dev/null/ -- a black hole where it is neutralized and forgotten.
If Rito revealed its true purpose, then it wouldn't work at all. So they gotta be hush-hush.
