For whatever reason, in the last 2 or 3 months I haven't received anymore Hex boxes at all. When I look at my profile it says that they are available to get. I still get key fragments, but no boxes for some reason. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
Astôlfo1 votesTo get a box, either you (or someone in your pre-made if you're playing with a premade) S- or higher (outside of purchasing boxes with RP). You can only get 1 box per champion per season. Therefore, if you get an S- or higher with Aatrox for instance, you cannot get another box on him for the rest of the season. However, if you haven't gotten an S- or higher on Aatrox yet but you were playing him with a premade where someone got an S- or higher, it still counts and locks out Aatrox for the rest of the season. yoshiien1 votesWell over the last few months I have been getting S ranks and teammates have too. I also used different champions to try to get more boxes as well with no luck. I currently have 2 keys and 2 fragments, along with a bunch of lv6 Mastery tokens that I can't use from the lack of crafting materials.
