More hybrid things..

I'm. Pretty sure I can't be the only person who wants to see hybrid as a potential option for a champion type and yes I'm aware there are hybrid champions and 2 or 3 hybrid items but that doesn't mean there in game building both up and ad. Its usually one or other. I hope these changes to the hybrid items makes this change I would love to be a hybrid.
