I constantly play solo q and constantly end up with random stupidity

I can not get out of bronze 5 and I just went 17/9 casual play, it takes me 20 minutes to even find a bronze 5 game to play, sometimes longer... And when I do I'm stuck with something like a Teemo support and a jungler who thinks ganking my lane consists of just running out while I got the guy pinned against his turret or close to it and half the time people on my team ban the champ I'm trying to use. All I can say is that if you join a game and your not in a registered ranked team you should be judged based on you individual performance and if I have to wait 30 minutes or more to find a ranked match to play they need to figure something out. The serious problem with this game is that you have to rely on someone else in order to achieve a win and most people I come across in this lowest tier shouldn't be playing ranked in the first place. I think the games concept should be layed out more plainly for newcomers.
