@Lyte Is the Tribunal ever going to be back, or is it all automated now?

Hey @Lyte, I just have a few questions that you may or may not be able to answer. First of all, is the Tribunal ever going to be back? I personally like banning toxic people with my own hand. (sometimes i wish i could smyte like @lyte)

Second, is a computer going to be handling all the chat restrictions from now on, or is it just temporary. Personally, I do not completely trust Riot "automating" things, as one single mistake can be catastrophic to the entire system. (also with the way Riot servers are acting now...)

And last, can you change the crests of honor. I feel that they are worthless now. I used to see a lot of them, but slowly over time, it has become a chore to honor after game, and I don't feel that a crest is rewarding enough. Maybe Riot can give a special skin to the most respectful summoners at the end of a season, like when in season 3 a riven skin was given to people in gold or higher.
