I cant get key frags

Okay a month ago i got chat restriction for 10 games , after the 10 games ended I used to get a text post game saying i cant earn rewards, all good, but I haven't seen that message for over 50 games now.... and I still didn't get any key fragments?!?! ( I still get chests tho, have 5 chests not 1 key) so i think it is bugged? what should I do
