I know that using other programs to enhance league will cause ban but I was wondering there is a program that only and just only lets you see custom skins ( only you can see ) it doesnt alter with gameplay. Is it bannable? all it does is just let u see custom skin

Programs for custom skins have been under "use at your own risk" for a while. Personally, I wouldn't use them because there was a video a while ago from a lead custom skin creator who was talking about how the new client can't discern as well between injected custom skins and a 3rd party malicious program (so essentially with the new client the way it is coded makes it more of a risk for a custom skin to be flagged as bannable).

I believe it was said that at least one such program was okay in the past, but I'd be wary -- Riot can choose to enforce a stricter 3rd party application ban whenever they want, and ANY such program can put your account at risk -- especially since some of those programs may do more than they say they do.

In general, I'd recommend against it.

Whatever the official response is aside...

Riot is so zero-tolerance scorched-earth with cheaters that I can't fathom taking the risk of altering my client in any way whatsoever.

If you're using a custom skin, that is completely original, using a program that can do absolutely nothing else, then you're still at risk of it being detected as a 3rd party program, but Riot won't specifically chase after you.

If you're using riot created content (like Project Lucian, or even a custom recolor of Project Lucian) or using a program that has additional capabilities (even if you don't use them) then you're going to be banned if they detect it.
