MORE RANKED BS AND WHY YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE PROGRESS

I carried another game but My talents only go so far. Yi was 0-13 8 min in and I was the only skilled player on our entire team as the photo im sending you indicates. I lost way too much LP for doing amazing, and I cant move forward because of these unskilled noobs so please allow players to rank up based on individual skill and stats rather than be dependent on a noob team to win every time. My overall ranking and stats are getting destroyed because they are so heavily dependent on my teammates, but i am not playing their champs for them, i am not controlling them in game so I cant do anything about it if they are bad, so please explain how I should be represented as bad as them when Im clearly NOT. When the enemy team gets fed 13 kills early it snowballs for everyone even me, AND I CANT CONTROL THAT, so of course when its bad, it gets bad for everyone but yet I managed to retain a positive k/d EVEN THOUGH. Fix this now. Im serious.
