Q Does not register or cast from time to time. Not champion specific.

Yes. this problem occurs most commonly on the Q ability and it happens across all champions in the game. Been going on for a LONG time now. Q simply does not register from time to time. AT all. I reassigned the keys, toggled smart cast and quick cast on and off as well, and the Q just randomly doesnt register. It doesnt Grey out, its OFF COOLDOWN FOR SURE 100%, it just does not read the key input or cast at all. Happens to me on EVERY champion. Shen, Darius, Nasus, Pantheon, Volibear, Ashe, Fizz, you name it its a problem for everyone.
