Screen Flipping Option

For Season 4, I think a lot of people (myself included) would love an option to flip the field in League of Legends, or even make it so that when you play purple, you have the same view as if you were on blue, just with the sides flipped. This would make it so that when I play more often in and prefer playing from one side, playing from the other doesn't completely throw me off. It also makes it more balanced for people who prefer locked screens, as they have less view to the bottom than to the top.

I don't know how many people have asked for this or how many forums have been made previously discussing this subject, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks this would make the game more convenient and more fun as a whole. It's gotten to the point where I'm literally better with some champions on one side and better with different champions on the other, and if I try to play a champion on the side I'm not good at them with, I can't win (i.e. I cannot play Caitlyn or Lux on purple side, while if I play them on blue I'll wreck; I can't play Jinx on blue side, but playing her on purple makes me go insanely hard). So please, Riot, programmers at Riot, whoever: please implement feature this sometime in the near future. It would definitely make the game more fun and more balanced.

And if a Riot employee actually sees this (I don't think that's likely), and the idea is turned down, tell me why at least. Too hard to program? Does it make the game unbalanced in some weird way? Or what other difficulty could you have implementing this?

Well, since the map has been balanced taking into account the disadvantage of purple vs. blue side, making such a change would require the reworking of the map. With that said, both sides of the map are asymetrical, it makes things more interesting.

Have you noticed that purple side being ganked is easier to see than blue side top, for example? I could make a whole list of comparisons, but I'll leave you with this one and the time to think about it.

People have talked about this a lot. It isn't happening for a lot of reasons. To start, the map model would have to be entirely remade and that would take months of dedicated work and money.

I wouldn't want this :/ seeing baron on the bottom of the map and needing to go bot lane as a top laner consistently would just get weird. It also seems kinda pointless, what's wrong with seeing the map the way it is?

edit: not that it's a bad idea, I just don't know how many people really care about this in comparison to the other things we all want riot to do.
