Ranked is impossible

The ranked system is just too dependent on team performance instead of individual ranking, 4 other randoms decide how the game goes and it just feels like it is so little under your control... i have had great scores, such as 17-7-10, 21-6-10, or 23-5-18 recently, and we always lose due to teams not cooperating, or people leaving the game or just feeding. I was in my series for gold just 2 days ago, and now i am in silver 2 with 68 LP because the team i am on just always loses.... Get rid of the LP system pls... it's just stupid.
