So basically in the post game chat of this game we won, the enemy fiddlesticks wanted his entire team to be reported for assisting the enemy team, when I asked what they did, he said it was because they fed us kills which helped us win (unintentionally). He claims that this is reportable because the option in the report categories is "Assisting enemy team" and not "Intentionally assisting enemy team." Here is some of the chat log I have...

[6:44] (censoring name): What's toxic is not reporting people who ruin the community [6:44] meatwadsprite II: lawl dw i reported you [6:44] ???: I reported you as well [6:44] meatwadsprite II: for what being right? [6:45] ???: No, for negative attitude [6:45] meatwadsprite II: you really don't know what feeding is or assisting the enemy team [6:45] ???: 3-6-6 is assisting enemy team [6:45] meatwadsprite II: it is [6:45] ???: Dying double digits is assisting enemy team [6:45] meatwadsprite II: but not reportable [6:45] ???: Yes, it's reportable [6:45] meatwadsprite II: why dont you go ahead and ask riot [6:45] ???: Refusing to fight, refusing to protect objectives, ward It's reportable [6:45] meatwadsprite II: that is lack of skill [6:45] ???: If you're doing something that helps the other team directly in winning aka, feeding, refusing to ward, not protecting objectives Or refusing to kill enemies it's called "assisting enemy team" [6:46] meatwadsprite II: yes it is assisting them... but it's not what riot's idea of assisting the enemy team is... they maybe misworded it in the report options, but the intended meaning was more like telling the enemies positions of allies or something like that [6:48] ???: So, if it's assisting them you report That's why the option is there [6:48] meatwadsprite II: whatever [6:48] ???: Don't laugh it off like a dense c*nt [6:48] meatwadsprite II: you are the only person i know who thinks that but whatever you like [6:48] ???: because these people will end up on your team [6:48] meatwadsprite II: they have before i know its nothing much [6:48] ???: so thanks for contributing to toxicity [6:48] meatwadsprite II: its just normals no problem man [6:49] ???: Thanks for reporting people trying to fix the game [6:49] meatwadsprite II: alright no problem

Thoughts?

I've always interpreted assisting the enemy team as directly helping them or giving them information intentionally. As an example, a champion with a knockback who consistently uses it to save the enemy or a player telling the enemy team the location of your team's wards or players.

Intentionally feeding is a different category, which does not cover deaths during normal play. However, the Fiddlesticks was incorrect with his definition, since you can't exactly report people as assisting the enemy team for playing badly. Technically, there is an unskilled player option but I'm pretty sure that doesn't actually do anything aside from act as an outlet for the reporter and doesn't affect the reported player at all.
