Since 5.14 Connections worst then normal :/

I live in Thailand and play on NA with friends. I played with a steady 250ping, Never disconnected unless some stupid shit happened. Now I keep getting disconnected and I can't stand seeing that 1 red bar of connection, I prefer the full goldbar because I don't mind it. But back to the topic, I don't know why the sudden connection issues :P
