That image is showcasing how I feel when playing ranked. I'm a shitty player at league of legends. Normals are easy and me and my friends destroy in them, but as soon as I enter ranked it's like I'm a goldfish in a bar fight with a great white shark who has a fully stacked item 3041 , and item 3141 . I love league but competing in ranked is VERY different then normals and i don't know why? How do you get better at the game? I have spent literally 800+ hours in this game and it's all I care about right now in my life, but I can't stand ranked. Normals seems like a HUGE waste of time though. This ladder is fucking bologna, I can't climb and I'm tired of people making jokes about fucking bronze and beneath players. I try so hard but i get nowhere, I'll win one out of six games. I literally cry myself to sleep at night after playing ranked, I shit you not, I cry, I'm actually crying while typing this shit. I would love if some people who are maybe silver and above could please comment and help me improve. Please help.

The three main things that players at the bottom of Bronze need to work on are: Build, Deaths, and Farm.

Your builds don't have any massive problems but I do see some support games where you don't have a Sightstone. Sightstone comes before income item upgrade or boots. It's very important.

You should try to die less. Well, yeah, but how do you do that? Start reviewing your games and pay attention to every single death. In each case, try to figure out if the problem was poor mechanical play, a lack of information, or a bad decision that you made even though you had the information.

If it's mechanics, narrow your champion pool to only play a few champs so that you master their kits. Especially consider removing champions like Lee Sin.

if it's information, read more guides and watch streams. Familiarize yourself with champions you don't play. Train yourself to look at the map and the scoreboard more often.

If it's decision-making, start thinking before every play. Get used to mentally preparing yourself for the unexpected so you don't have to make a snap decision. Think about where you'll run if you get ganked. Think about what you'll do if Thresh hooks you while you're clearing this ward. Think about what you're going to do when this opponent flashes. Learn to strategize ahead of time so you can calmly make that decision before the dilemma even happens.

And finally, farm. Always be harsh on yourself for missing cs. If you are jungling, make fewer ganks. Farm until a good opportunity comes up, and then take it. Don't just go from lane to lane fighting. Go clear your camps (especially buffs) even if your team complains. Always be thinking about farming. Always be watching lanes to make sure that a huge wave of minions doesn't crash into your tower and go to waste.

um...The thing is normals and ranked are exactly the same in bronze, silver, and low gold.

If you hate it... don't play it.

Why do something you don't enjoy?

Took me 2 seasons for rank and I still have poor decisions making that come more when I am in the midst of fighting. Thank you OhBoys !

I am just beginning to see which role is for me. Just beginning.

Sure it's frustrating to lose. Yesterday, I lose all my games (not rank) because of poor decision making. Yep. I have still a long way to go. Take a deap breath and just go to rank when you are in a really good mood. It helps. ^^

If you believe you are better than most people around you (it's easy to overestimate yourself), go ahead and go a role that isn't too dependant on your team. Solo carrying in bronze is entirely possible.

If not, play support and get carried. GG ez.

I watched a lot of commentaries and as soon as I hit 30 I did not go into rank games because I knew I wasn't ready. After a long while I took a deep breath and hit the solo ranked button. Anyway after all of that I was placed in a bronze elo but I didn't spend too much time in bronze.Just keep playing ranked even if you keep losing because people have a different mind set in ranked than in normals.

That just means you have to improve as a player. Do you honestly believe you are better than what you are placed? If you belong there then you will be placed there if you belong there and are not placed there then you would get yourself out its that simple. I was placed bronze 3 when i first started ranked i worked at it around 200-400 ranked games and climbed out.
