Unfortunately, it is from the Lunar Revel of 2013, and there is no way to get it now. I was wondering if there was any possible way I could obtain it.

Sorry dude but the only way to get it now is to get a lucky hextech chest, but considering how rarely they give summoner icons, you would have to be winning-the-lottery-level lucky

I want this one too so badly. I wish they would give us access to old icons from the events when the same event happens again.
