I went into a game. The opponent picked garen, and someone in my team said he will "counterpick".

Obviously he must be referring to the q changes where he luls Garen into a false sense of security by missing them all thanks to the delay and then w, e'ing under tower when he baits Garen into diving him for the ult.
But then the fatal flaw is Garen comes back and kills him because he stayed in lane due to his inflated ego when playing Darius (and getting away with instalocking).
Then Darius counters this change in events by ganking mid and giving Akali the kill then tp's back top to kill garen which he realizes he can't because he has no idea how Darius was changed so he ends up feeding Garen again. in order to counter this he says: "Fk u git gud, l2p real champs" and "no skill freelo fag" (no offense to bundles of sticks! I love making campfires) to Garen who now feels inadequate which he blames his midlaner for (and anyone listening).
Garen is now distracted with angsty 12 year old rage (but if you ask him he is 22 and has even drunk real alcohol!) he pushes recklessly under Darius's tower pretty much giving him a free lane and farm (but actually garen "won lane" ;), team has to agree with him or they will get a leaver).
That is until Darius gets ganked after 50 billion years (2 minutes but that language isn't the nature of an a$$hole toplaner) for which he stays and fights for because he is playing Darius and Darius is op, unless Darius is feeding which is exactly what he starts doing because of fucking rito and lag and his botlane who "fed" the 1/2 jax.

just for lels that Darius was likely awful anyway :) along with his attitude and girlfriend in bed but don't tell him any of that in game
Stroke the ego and watch it get harder because then that is the best time to shatter him and bring him back to reality
