Where is Traditional Sion?

From what I am aware, Traditional Sion was planned to be made due to his new classic being VERY different.

We can now see this IS the case. His classic changed drastically. Then why aren't we getting the skin?

Going to miss his old look but I like the new look. I don't care if it resembles anything. Sion is Sion. When they said they were going to do a MAJOR rework, they didn't lie. To me, he looks tougher, braver, and scarier than he use to be. But they need his old voice. That is a must.

Either A.) It's in the works.

B.) Riot forwent a traditional Sion because exposed bone is a no-no in China, which is one of the biggest players of League. Sorta like why Karthus looks more akin to a living corpse than the spooky scary skeleton he once was.

I didn't know that... Good point! But, I'd like to have a green skin with his old VO with no skulls at least. I feel that's only fair due to other relaunches changing some of the visual queues that stood out with original (e.g. Karma, Trundle, Sejuani)

But couldn't they just release Sion's Chinese skin as Traditional Sion in China?

I'm sure they gave him a completely new model for this rework, they're not even the same size character anymore. Making traditional Sion and then Chinese traditional Sion would be the equivalent of Rio making 2 new skins for Sion because they'd have to completely redo the skins for the new base and they'd have to make 2 of them.

If that's the case, then they could easily use the aspects of the Chinese artwork and make that into a traditional skin as even it looks close to the original American one.

Also, why aren't we getting any answer to this, I feel like they try to "bury" this question till everybody forgets about it...

Don't they do that with every bit of critisism?

PosstaSep 26, 20143 votes

Seriously? You want his old, crappy look instead of his new one?

A skin dedicated to his old art (and especially voice) would be nice. They make the texture to fit the model, it's not like you'd just be running around with the old model.
