If more staff instead of robots worked in the player behavior dept

if you fire lyte and get more people in there the game would be less hell. Im getting players raging and rage quitting in normal games and champ select in normals of all things and these are anywhere from plat 4 to diamond 2 players.. Just have a vote button if the player should be banned during champ select if all 4 players agree a riot member comes in looks at chat/pick order and if the player is toxic trying to troll lobby because he doesn't get his way then boom perma banned later nerd. Game would be wayyy better especially in ranked where people care more so they do that stuff but people still do this normals so its pretty sad.
