Kitty Kat Katarina? It's Legacy (Or is it Limited Edition?), meaning it comes back when RIOT deems appropriate. If Legacy, it'll come back later this year when the Legacy Vault opens. Usually occurs near the end of the season. If it's Limited, which I think it is, it'll come back "some time" in the future. Chances are it's not on the horizon but it very well may come back eventually for a couple days.

It's real http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Katarina/SkinsTrivia You can always check the wiki or lolking if you wanna see the 3d model. It'll come back eventually just keep an eye out. You can also get them from the big mystery gifts sometimes. I got safari Caitlyn from one, but good luck getting a legacy you want from that.

Safari Caitlyn is a Legacy skin, and is in fact not in the store right now.

Kitty Kat Katarina was one of the first halloween skins to come out. so i dont think it will be coming back. if it does then thats great because i would so buy it. maybe this year a new set of halloween skins will come out.
