Does anyone know where to get it? Or if it's even a legit/realzies skin?

Kitty Kat Katarina? It's Legacy (Or is it Limited Edition?), meaning it comes back when RIOT deems appropriate. If Legacy, it'll come back later this year when the Legacy Vault opens. Usually occurs near the end of the season. If it's Limited, which I think it is, it'll come back "some time" in the future. Chances are it's not on the horizon but it very well may come back eventually for a couple days.

What proof is there though that it's not a fake skin?
It'll come back during the Harrowing (Halloween)
Kitty Kat Katarina was one of the first halloween skins to come out. so i dont think it will be coming back. if it does then thats great because i would so buy it. maybe this year a new set of halloween skins will come out.
M8 all the legacy skins are gonna come back to the shop at a surten time in the year and will go away after a short period (2or3weeksmax).
