I get this because I yell at obvious trolls(you can tell when someone is having a bad day vs just out right feeding)
I also once got reported because i was trying to help someone and they took it the wrong way.
Anyone have these experiences?
Oh and Riot dont say the whole we need to have a wonderful great environment for all players...damn libtards.... if they want a peaceful fun environment go play team builder or other normal games...stay out of ranked.
Why should ranked allow harassment and normals not? It's not ok in Normals, it's not ok in Ranked, it's not ok in real life. Be the better person and have some self control; if someone doesn't want your advice don't try to force it on them. If they are being toxic, mute them if you're incapable of ignoring them, and report them later.

No one expects rainbows and unicorn farts. We don't all have to be buddy-buddy and dance in the flowers with butterflies. But I don't think it's too much to ask people to at least try not to be jerks to each other.
EDIT: Also, I'm confused. Did you mean 21 game chat restriction? Because I've never heard of them being issued in days.
