Asia server?

I know LOL can be played on Garena but to me i prefer to play on Riot server since I think it more optimal ( just me). So I know that creating a new oversea server is likely to be hard since Riot need to find employee and more etc... But just wondering will that day evercome when we can transfer to Asia server? with english language in-put.
