New Support Summoner Spell Pick Up!!

We all in LOL have alway pick up flash and exhaust but I say it time to change it to and which we will be using smite in order to slow down enemy or give out vision for adc against twitch, vayne and other sleath champion. We could get our smite to stun them, also the cooldown of spell are more quick and we could use this spell to steal dragon or baron on other occasion and also we can make someplay with smite as a support for more ganking style or we could give out a new way of Meta too.
