yes but nearly every employee of a school(excluding janitors and the nurse and the obvious) is considered an educator.
and if the schools in runeterra are like any school i have ever attended, then in order to obtain a leadership position of a school(principal headmaster/mistress, dean) you had to have at LEAST your masters degree in teaching, and usually were a veteran teacher yourself
