Basic attack Mo tosses mudballs with rock centers hes gathered while digging

Passive: Fresh Earth. with every ability cast Mo becomes faster and more agile granting movement speed and cool-down reduction for a certain amount of time

Q Dirt Tiller. Mo uses his digging skills to overturn the earth in a line in front of him dealing damage to all enemies in its path and knocking them aside.

W Down and Out. Mo digs into the earth out of harms way and is able to travel a short distance where he surfaces at a targeted location dealing a little damage and popping enemies within range up.*3

E Loamy Soil. Mo softens the soil decreasing enemies' resistances by a percentage with the percentage increasing the longer they stay in the area*1

R Quake. Mo uses his knowledge of the earths flaws to create a localized earthquake at target location enemies caught in the original blast trigger aftershocks to nearby enemies five seconds later that deals a percentage of the original damage*2

*1 I was not sure whether to make this the area around champ or at target location. around champ just made a little more sense

*2 my intent for the aftershocks on the ult was for each to do 20-25%(20 if it its decided that they do take dmg from their own aftershock 25 if they take no dmg from their own aftershock) that way if you hit the entire team and they stay next to each other that it will do double dmg. but my friends always tell me my ideas break the game so i have given up trying to balance things on my ideas

I think we could use a champ like this because there are so many fire, light, darkness, air, and water champs but the most of the earth champs are tanks.

My inspiration for this champ was Diglett
