I have around 1050 RP left after buying Thresh, Lulu, Vayne, and a couple of chests to get a legacy Morgana skin. But now Imdont know what to do. I kind of want the dragon trainer lulu skin when it goes on sale, but should I buy a champion, like Braum or Zyra? Or maybe Leona? I'm confused on what to do. Does trainer lulu even HAVE parietal changes? Do you have any advice BEYOND whatever you feel like? Thank you.

You will get all of the champions through IP eventually (and you won't ever really play most of them).

Who do I buy with ip- Braum, mustached man of amazingness, or Zyra, plant girl (poison ivy) who seems to always be op? Who do you recommend. (I can take on harder champs as well! I main thresh, and have good skill with him as long as people grab the FREAKING LANTERN LIKE OMG I COULD HAVE SAVED YOU HOW IS IT MY FAULT THE LANTERN WAS RIGHT THERE YOU COULD HAVE LIVED OMG OMG OMG!) One thing I will say about the people saying "never buy champs with rp" is.. it's totally up to you. If you want to spend money on a form of entertainment that you enjoy (this game) then go for it. Everyone has things they spend money and that others wouldn't.
Yes, you can get champions from ip if you play... a lot. I've played since season 1 and still don't own all champions (a few by choice) because runes and rune pages have been a sink of ip throughout the years (although now better). So it's definitely understandable to bypass playing a ton of games for new champions. You get instant gratification and you support a game you enjoy.
I would suggest holding out for a skin your really want to go on sale.
