Double Charged RP

I just bought DJ Sona, and was charged the appropriate 3250 RP. Then the notification that i bought DJ Sona comes up and says i can change my icons, so i do so. I close the icon window, and the notification pops up again and I'm charged another 3250 RP.

I submitted a ticket thing and got the confirmation email, but i was wondering about what I can expect to be done / if anything will be done / how long it should take. I want to buy the frozen pool party bundle and they took the rp i was going to spend on it.

On my recent purchases list it says I only bought one DJ Sona too, so even if i had a refund it isn't like i could try that (i don't have one). That's the only reason I'm worried cause idk if Riot will just look at that and tell me too bad it says you bought one .
