Can someone tell me why kayn isn't available yet

New champs always take 3-4hours after patch to be implemented. To be honest, I really dislike Riot for that soul purpose. You have them on PBE for 2 weeks, we wait 3hours of patch to go through and then 4+ more hours for new champs and 15+ hours for new skins to be released. ugh.

They always wait to release new stuff for a couple of hours/days. I am sure they do it to make sure everything is working for live instead of dumping everything and having it just crash. Now sometimes it's a bit of a joke, Elementalist Lux was horrible because it took like 2 weeks to get it. However, it's normally close to weekends we start getting everything.

Expect Kayn tonight or tomorrow.
