Matches with leavers shouldn't go on record.

So, after playing quite a bit of DOTA 2 I figured this would be a nice addition to league. DOTA 2 lets all players leave the match if a disconnected player doesn't return, and it doesn't count toward your leaver status and the match isn't counted. Seriously sick of the leavers in this game and having an automatic loss due to people leaving in the beginning and never coming back. A match with a leaver should be 'forgiven' since it puts a team at an unfair disadvantage. HoTS has bots take over, DOTA allows players to freely leave after 5 minutes and league has suck it up and take the loss. I don't mind losing when our team is just flat out doing bad, however, a leaver can ruin a match even if the players are decent.
