Something I find funny about most League players.

Is that they can't accept that they just lost the game.

I don't mean surrendering after a team fight I mean when the defeat screen pops up, it isn't because the enemy had better champs, or someone wasn't up to par but that the enemy actually just played better than you did.

I remember someone talking about this before about how people will always find a scapegoat but man is it everywhere in LoL. Mabye it's because i come from console gaming where the majority of loses are the teams fault not an individual but LoL players are extremely quick to dodge the blame bullet.

It seems like if people can't find a reason for them losing they just harass their team over an small detail.

Example?

Teammates blaming the lose on support because they were under leveled. Despite that basically being one of the tenants of being a support and even the enemy support is in the same bucket but they'll still get blamed for it.

It's weird and I don't really understand it I just find it funny. It's even worse because typically the players who call out the issues are the problem.

In a game like this it's disheartening to believe that a certain outcome is destined to happen. We'd rather insist that free will plays a part and that if we or someone on our team simply played better that victory would have been the outcome as opposed to the defeat we just witnessed. And so people rage or play the blame game in hopes of retaining their sense of dignity.

I would like to say not to take a loss personally but it's hard not to when you get a streak of losses. And the community does not help when one voices their recent string of defeats because "the only constant variable in all those losses is you, so get good." They aren't aware that you had a disconnect on your team 5 games in a row now. Get good. Or that a teammate rage quit after giving first blood. Again get good. So in situations like this where you drag out the game to be 50 minutes long and end up actually reaching the enemy nexus multiple times in a disadvantageous situation and just barely lose it is hard to accept those defeats and not think to yourself "if only our jungler had actually connected to this game, we probably would have won." These are often the defeats I have a hard time accepting myself.

And on the topic of supports being underleveled and getting an unfair amount of the blame, yeah, it happens. You can make 9 unbelievable plays that beat the odds and set the team ahead but that 1 play that goes awry is the one they most remember. And it can be completely stupid. Like when a jungler raged at me for getting the last hit on scuttle crab and raged at me for a good 10 minutes about it. He only shut up once I saved him from a Fiddlesticks counter gank by sacrificing myself to save him. But when the loss screen came back up he brought it up again saying I purposely went about sabotaging him and that I was the reason we lost because he couldn't get sated with me stealing all his camps. I only ever took scuttle from him. He ignored the clutch stun I got that got him a double kill, forgot the time I saved his life by using my ultimate on him when he got caught out and he ignored all the times I chased fiddlesticks out of his jungle so that he couldget himself sated. But this kind of thing happens often. It comes with the territory.

I just go into all my games assuming that I'm the worst League player there is and that everything is my fault. I bet that pretty much everyone can outplay me 95% of the time, and it's why I choose not to assign blame to other people regardless of what happens during the game, because I know it's always my fault.

Yasuo, Zed, Fizz, Lux, Lee Sin, LeBlanc, Master Yi, Tryndamere fell off but is still annoying, Jax, Tank Ekko/Regular Ekko. Marksman, AD Item Changes making for some complete absurd builds that really shouldn't synchronize well, DynamicQ Pre-mades versus soloQ players. Repeated and unnecessary turret nerfs, absurd dragon buffs which push the game to be one sided as well as the unbelievable amount of %/true dmg off stacking autos or abilities(Vel'Koz has the most balanced passive right now imho of all the new champions who come out with a stacking mechanic)

It's not that the enemy team played well, its the fact that my team played champions for fun instead of picking OP Picks. To top that off, my team doesn't care if they win or lose, even though 2 of my team want to win, so they end up feeding and playing like garbage. To top that off, more often than not the enemy team does not deserve the win, and they should not get the win, but they will because the 3 people on my team don't cooperate, ping, or care about winning, instead they will give the enemy team kills, ruining the game for everyone without knowing it.

tl;dr= On average, the enemy doesn't really outplay us. Instead they choose whatever is broken.

Dude people only rage when they're trying to distract themselves and everyone else from their own mistakes. Usually the hardest ragers are the ones performing the worst.
