Veigar E

Any suggestions for how Riot could change E instead of what they're doing? I'm not gonna get into anything too much, but they promised to help out champs that rely on DFG and are now gutting him, so :P. I was thinking turn his E into exactly what they mentioned they wanted it to be, a cage enemies weren't supposed to leave instead of one that has a warning for them to just avoid.

My idea is that it slows instead of stuns, because lets be honest it WAS frustrating, but that enemies who leave the ring take massive damage, regardless of whether they dash out/blink out/walk out. They don't get stunned instantly but they have to weigh the options, take a substantial amount of damage or sit in the middle of the ring and wait. This way Veigar still has enough burst to scare off gankers in lane without landing w, or catch up to enemies, but not a way to stun random people without counterplay.
