There are sooooo many skins that disappear by seasons or events past that you are reducing your own market, while I understand that you do this in order to create a collectors environment, I simply don't think you are milking it enough.
Make all skins available at least once a year, black Friday/xmas?

Fuck that, I'm pissed they ever brought back limited skins. You look at other games, there's all kinds of cool stuff from different eras you never seen before, and everyone's like "woah" when it shows up in-game. Now Riot brings 'em back all the time, so it means nothing - might as well just keep 'em in store year round.
I'm also pissed they stopped making the cheap recolors. Yeah, it's good to have quality skins, but what if I want to pay a couple bucks to turn Ashe pink without totally changing her asthetic? It's so easy to make, there should be a few different colors you can buy for each champ, or "effects" like in Dota 2.
Most of these skins do come back once or twice a year.
Not our fault you keep missing them.
