Azir broken again.
The E does not work or works randomly, the auto attack does not work as it used to 2 patches ago, the ult is still broken as hell.
Before nerfing a character, fix it.

Isn't he always broken in some way or another? He is starting to resemble Shaco/Quinn.
I haven't noticed any problems with his E or Auto attack I have noticed his Q can sometimes be wonky and not go in the right direction and yeah his ultimate is extremely bugged right now.
The Q is also failing now, it used to work normally.
