I've been on summonerschool subreddit and any time i ask a question it gets immediately removed so I'm dont trying to get help there.
I'm looking for a site or a board that ppl can go to to get advice for ways to improve ur gameplay and/or help getting through the slumps in-game. does something like that exist? or is there someone here that might be able to lend me a hand?

Yeah, it's called ProGuides. But you have to pay a $6.99 monthly subscription fee. (They have a 7-day free trial) A lot of big name Diamond and Challenger League players like Foxdrop and Froggen have guide video on the site.
What you're asking about is what I believe they call the "Genius" feature. You ask a question, and one of the high-elo players who work for the site will answer it.
I don't use the site because I'm way too frugal to spend money on something like this. But if you REALLY want to get good at the game, it might be worth it to you.
As for FREE sites? The League boards are the only place I know of, but you're unlikely to get the kind of response you're probably looking for (happens almost every time I asked a question).

I really don't have an absolute answer for you. I honestly thought someone with more knowledge of this part of the game could help.
Maybe team recruitment section you could find some people who can answer some questions. But, I hesitate to even suggest it until I can look myself.
I have to say I Very Much hope someone comes on and helps...I will look into a sections or players you and others can access to get some additional information, unfortunately it may take me a few days (or longer) :(
I'm not sure one exists to fit a need that you and I and others could use but I Will try to find additional information.

Btw, I'm not the best player around however there are some good Free guides!! that can help you or others in a slump. I know a few tricks to help but hesitate to put it up right now as I feel I don't know your situation well enough :)
