I can't win a ranked game

Why do i always get palced in games with people who play (not even trolling sometimes) are just bad, i mean you cant tell me that after 30 lvls of getting experiened at this game you still go tower diving with 3 people under itVayne . Like i did my placements and got into Silver 3 and i played a couple games and got to series first time and from then i just cant seem to win a game, i win one then lose 2 or 3 then maybe win one and so on, so basically now i'm up for Demotion. I'm mad cause I do my very best but nothing ever works and i'm not bragging but the roles that i play the most aren't half bad, and plus everytime i lose its a 20' minute game where they have no trouble winning however when i get to win its always 40 or more minutes. People always say to me you learn more when you lose, and sometimes its true because i either ganked the wrong way or focused the wrong target but sometimes i can't learn anything case you can't tell me that its my fault that when i come to gank after i pinged multiple time for bot lane to engage they just keep farming and when i get tired of waiting 3 mins for them to attack and i leave then its "Report jungler, no ganks". Can somebody explain to me why I started so good and now i'm apparently so bad? How can i get better?

The Hard Truth:

Because that's the level you are currently playing at. This quote is a good example because it shows the level of your mistakes that you are not seeing. You don't know you are making this kind of mistake of course, because if you did you wouldn't be making them.

The way to get better is to truly, truly focus on improving your own personal play. The purpose of ranked is just to have a queue that tracks your progress in this regard. That's all. I think it was Scarra who said that he played DOTA for 2 years but he got better only in the last couple months, because that is when he actually started to play to improve himself. That's what you would need to do. Or play for fun. That works as well.
