So i think that even if the weekly champion rotation covers loads of champions every week I think it would be good to introduce a mode, like a closed arena where you can try every champion you want and you can like get minion or bots inside to try the abilities. I think this might be a good idea. What do you guys think?
It would basically defeat the purpose of the free champion rotation, since you can try out every champion from the get-go. Honestly if you want to try out all of the champions quickly, you should just wait for them to go on sale.
You should rephrase your request. What you want is a sandbox mode for testing. All champions unlocked within it, the ability to give yourself levels and gold, and fast-respawning elements from each map scattered around to test against, including enemy champion bot target dummies.
