Refund System Rework

Hi guys After bringing up this idea on the riot.Support site, they told me to bring it onto boards so why not. So here are my thoughts and ideas on the current refund System for Skins etc.

What could be done better?:

• The Counter for the number of refunds remaining isnt different enough to the rest of the Client. Nor are there any DIRECT visible notes on that those refunds are unique and can only be used those 3 times. New Players could easily think that this is an only-game-Feature and not so important.

• 3 refunds seem a bit too little. If this number could get up to 5 it would fit alot better. Afterall the Rp are still bought and you are essentially only "selling" something for getting ingame Money, which is at this state not real Money anymore.

Any other ideas?:

• In many or most Shops around the world theres a send back or refund Option for if the customer doesnt like the bought item. So why not introduce something similar like this to league? Ofc there wont be any defects. But im pretty sure it can happen pretty fast that you by a Skin "by accident" or didnt think it through. This can be very frustrating.

So heres my Suggestion: A time window of maybe 1-2 minutes after buying the Skin, where you can refund the Skin. There would be no refund Limit with this System. Once bought the time window cant be stopped. It may even have to last only 40 sec, so ppl cant "try out" Skins for free. In my opinion this would be a win/win Situation. We customers could re-do purchases that we maybe didnt think about when buying. Sales of Skins or Riotpoints wouldnt decrease either.

So what are your thoughts on this idea? Id really like to hear your opinion on this community & Riot
