Logging in issues PLEASE HELP

Okay well I decided to play league today and unfortunately it was not working. I would open up the client and the icon would just pop up with a bar under the icon like it was loading the game, but it would just be stuck on that icon and never load up the client. I could not even get to the log in screen or open the client. Does anybody know whats making this happen?

just uninstall and reinstall it, or try to repair it

mine does the same, I fixed everything riot has for issues, repaired, un and reinstalled.... still broke
