I'm getting put into lower priority que because the client has "corrupt files"

I dont believe this is fair at all, I enter a game and it randomly happens. The game crashes when it goes into loading screen. Then when i try to re-log in, it says my files are corrupt and it starts patching so I cant enter the game. How can I avoid this/ can i get pardoned for the clients errors??
