So this is what people are like at level 30

Normal Game (Been getting runes for Ranked, almost done): Now I have been playing League since the beginning of season 4, on my way to level 30 i had come across a variety of players, new people, trolls, feeders (I'm never mean to them, I understand everyone has bad games), flamers, average nicer players, and the occasional insanely good ranked player. So i queue in for Team Builder, wanting to try out , first 20 minutes everything is going ok, I got Jinx fed, we roamed and pushed the lanes to victory. Closer to the mid-late game everything was fine and both teams are even, after a short-lived baron victory for us, our Shen begins to say:

"gg we lost"

Jinx, Shyvana, Ziggs and I thought that everything was fine, he continues to fuss about how noob i was (we lost, i ended 5/19/20, I got that i fed but i play the game to have fun, and I'm decent), how terrible Jinx was (Jinx ending with 11/11/13), saying i should only play bots, saying I should uninstall after I said that I don't care if I win or lose and say that most play to have fun (am I right?), saying I'm pretty bad even though tanks don't really need that much gold. Surprisingly, everyone comes to my defense saying that I am pretty good and saying that Shen is pretty crazy. Post-game chat now, he goes on to nag about how kda is important and how I had an awareness disability, and leaves chat pretty mad probably.

I dunno how much worse Ranked is, but tell me guys and gals, are people such as powergamers, trolls feeders, and outright toxic players that common?
